Joe Elliott, Principal Engineer @ Grafana Labs
Joe Elliott has been working as an SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure person with Kubernetes for the last 4 years. Currently a Principal Engineer at Grafana, he is the creator of Tempo, a Jaeger maintainer, and has contributed to the OpenTelemetry Collector, Loki, and Cortex. When he’s not at the keyboard or wrangling kids, Joe likes to get out on his bike.

Jonah Kowall, a computer scientist and open-source contributor committed to FreeBSD and built the first wireless cracking algorithms. Today Jonah focuses on observability, contributing and maintaining projects such as OpenSearch, Jaeger, and OpenTelemetry. Jonah received his CISSP and CISA, along with several certifications and awards. Throughout 15 years as a practitioner and manager across startups and large enterprises specialized in operations, security, and performance.

Reiley Yang, Principal Software Engineering Manager @ Microsoft
Reiley has been actively representing Microsoft to drive the CNCF OpenTelemetry project, with his latest focus on metrics API/SDK design and several language SDKs. Before working on telemetry solutions, Reiley has years of experience working on many projects, including compilers, debuggers, profilers, language runtimes, and high-availability large-scale distributed services.
