We are actively searching for an adept professional to contribute to the success of our Cloud Native product Klusternetes. This role involves prioritizing, defining, and ensuring the success of features both at the roadmap level and in functional specifications for each sprint.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders on product vision and strategy to prioritize and determine the timing of feature development, incorporating valuable customer feedback.
- Engage with technical teams to share ideas, receive feedback on new features, and define their functionality through close collaboration with engineers in design sessions.
- Manage the release and sprint backlog through comprehensive planning, backlog grooming, execution, review, and release.
- Write detailed specifications for team review and feedback, ensuring successful feature delivery and tracking adoption/usage to confirm desired impact.
- Take ownership of features from initial stages through final documentation, go-to-market strategies, prioritization of bugs and enhancements, and usage analysis.
Required Skills:
- Possess a strong understanding of cutting-edge infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, with a keen interest in leveraging them to elevate our product.
- Proven ability to translate broad customer requirements, especially related to scalability and availability, into a technical feature set deliverable incrementally.
- Above all, exhibit passion for software and cloud-native architecture.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Have 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a Product Owner role.
