Job description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced market research analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on market trends and competitors to help the company make informed business decisions. This position requires exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of market research methodologies of software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather information on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices for generating sales funnel / MQLs
  • Analyze and interpret research data to identify key insights and trends.
  • Prepare research reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research-based insights that support business decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to research methodologies, data sources, and tools.


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in market research or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with primary and secondary research methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with market research software and tools is a plus
